Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Lettuce Boats
You only need a few ingredients to make these lettuce boats. (the exact measurements, nutritional information and full recipe are in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post).
- Chicken – in a pinch you can use canned chicken, or pick up a rotisserie chicken.
- Caesar Dressing
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lettuce Boats
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Croutons

- In a bowl, add the chicken and sprinkle with salt & pepper.

- Add a little cheese and some dressing to the lettuce boat.

- Add some chicken and croutons.

- Squeeze a little more dressing.
- Sprinkle with more cheese.

- Top with additional salt and pepper if desired.
