Dirty Alana Drink
The cotton candy Dirty Alani is TikTok’s latest viral sensation. It’s as fun to make as it is to drink.
You start with a can of Alani Nu’s cotton candy energy drink over ice, then give it that “dirty” twist by adding a splash of sweet cream creamer, then add a little blue raspberry syrup for extra pop.
It’s colorful, creamy, and tastes like a carnival in a cup, which explains why everyone’s showing it off on their feeds.
If you haven’t heard of the Alani drink craze, it’s insane how popular it is.
I totally blame my daughter, Amanda, and my friend Heather, for my latest TikTok obsession.
For the longest time I refused to get into another social media channel. But, after Amanda kept asking me to try a new viral recipe, it was so hard not to go down that rabbit hole!
I’m definitely enjoying the viral recipes and have several more planned in the coming weeks. Have you heard about the smashed taco recipe? That is next! 🙂

How to Make The Cotton Candy Dirty Alani
Add Ice: Fill your cup about 3/4 of the way with ice. I used crushed ice.
Add Blue Raspberry Syrup: Next up, add 6 pumps of blue raspberry syrup. If you are not a fan of that flavor, strawberry works great as well.

Add Cream: Finish it off with a bit of cream. I used heavy whipping cream and my milk frother to give it a nice, creamy texture.

If you prefer not to use whipping cream, no worries. Use whatever cream you have on hand. Experiment with different flavors, like strawberry, to blend with the cotton candy flavor.

Mix it well and you have a rich, creamy and delicious drink with a bit of caffeine to get you energized.
