Air Fryer Zucchini and Squash

- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Summer Squash
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Pre-heat your air fryer to 450 degrees F.
Start by cutting the zucchini and squash in 1/2″ thick slices, then cut again in quarters.
Coat the summer vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and blend well.
Place the veggies in a single layer in the air fryer pan.
Cook the zucchini and squash at 450 degrees F for 6-7 minutes. Flip, then cook for another 6-7 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
