Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Watermelon Cubes
  • 2 ounces Watermelon Vodka
  • Sparkling Water
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Watermelon Slice for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding ice to a tall glass.
  • Cut watermelon into cubes and place it into a blender.
  • Pour lemon juice, honey, and sparkling water into the blender with the watermelon and blend until fully pureed.
  • Remove pulp and seeds with a fine mesh strainer.
  • Add watermelon vodka and stir to combine.
  • Pour over ice and garnish with a watermelon slice.
  • Add mint if desired.
  • Enjoy!
