White Chocolate Ghost Strawberries

Equipment

  • Microwave Safe Bowl
  • Sheet Pan
  • Spatula/Scraper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Strawberries, whole with leaves on
  • 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Rinse strawberries, then pat dry and let completely air-dry 10-15 minutes. 
  • Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl at 50% power in 30 second increments. Stir well until totally blended. You will need about 2-3 cooking increments.
  • Hold each berry by the leaves and dip in the melted chocolate until covered about 3/4 of the way. Gently shake off excess chocolate.
  • While the white coating is still soft, add ghost eyes and mouth with black gel. Alternately, press in mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.
  • Let stand at room temperature 10–15 minutes until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy.
