Just to give you a bit of backstory, I am a huge iced coffee drinker. The first thing I do every morning is make my iced coffee at home. Even in the dead of winter in New Hampshire, I still go with iced.
If I am out or on vacation, I have to hit up Dunkin for my daily fix. In other words, I take my iced coffee very seriously. You may also want to check out my Starbucks Copycat Hazelnut Shaken Espresso recipe.
I’m sharing this refreshing iced salted caramel latte for the last day of #SummerDessertWeek.

Why You Should Make an Iced Latte at Home
- Save money: Skip the coffee shop and enjoy café-quality drinks for a fraction of the price.
- Customize your flavors: Control the strength, sweetness, and milk of your drink exactly how you like it.
- Use better ingredients: Choose your favorite coffee, dairy or non-dairy milk, and syrups for a fresher, cleaner taste.
- Convenient and quick: No need to wait in line—make your iced coffee in minutes whenever the craving hits.
- Eco-friendly: Reduce waste by using your own reusable cup, straw, and filters.
Like any coffee lover, I am always looking for ways to improve my coffee experience and fine tune it to make the best iced coffee drink possible.
So, when I spotted Copper Cow Coffee single serve lattes at the grocery store, I was intrigued. They seemed perfect for traveling, as all you have to do is add hot water; no machine needed.
The first recipe I am sharing is made with this. But, I’ll also share a recipe made using a good ole cup of joe so you can make it that way as well. Save $20 with my Copper Cow Coffee referral!
Salted Caramel Iced Latte using Copper Cow Coffee
- 1 Salted Caramel single serve filter
- 1 Packet Milk & Sugar Latte Creamer
- Caramel Syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes

Easy Steps to Make an Iced Latte
- Tear open the single serve filter and hang it over your coffee mug.
- Pour hot water into the filter until the mug is filled about 3/4 of the way.

- Squeeze a packet of the milk and sugar latte creamer into the coffee.
- Let it cool down in the refrigerator. Make it the night before to save time.

- Add caramel sauce to the sides of the cup if you like. I added white chocolate syrup!
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the coffee over top.
- Add a couple of pumps of caramel syrup.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and stir before serving.

This is optional, but you can also add whipped cream if you like.
