How to Make a Watermelon Vodka Cooler

Add Ice
Start by adding ice to a tall glass.

Cut Watermelon
Cut watermelon into cubes and place it into a blender.

Blend Ingredients
Pour lemon juice, honey, and sparkling water into the blender with the watermelon and blend until fully pureed.
Remove pulp and seeds with a fine mesh strainer.
Add watermelon vodka and stir to combine.
Pour over ice and garnish with a watermelon slice. You can also add mint if you like.

- 2 cups Fresh Watermelon Cubes
- 2 ounces Watermelon Vodka
- Sparkling Water

- 1 tsp Honey
- Watermelon Slice for Garnish
